After a week of telling them through email my details has been changed and I believed my account was compromised I still had to wait. Finally managed access and £32.25 has been spent. That’s not a lot for some but that’s half a food shop for my babies for a week. I’m so upset now, I was left with £15, I kept telling them and there’s just no communication now I’ve got the live chat is cutting me off and I’m getting no where. I just need my money please you don’t understand the cost of living is frightening!
