A number of books were not delivered to customers in Poland and nearby countries and, guess what, due to the same crappy delivery service. As a result, we have now a mailbox full of complaints and get blamed for an irresponsible third-party service that can't comply with their main task: deliver packages! This is ridiculous and it is been costing us money!
