Halina is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. She does not seem to understand English and started yelling that I needed to speak Polish (as far as I understood).
Her face was full of anger, and she looked like she was about to explode when I showed her the stamps I wanted to buy for my children.

My mother lives in Poland and I live in Spain for sometimes now In February my mothers wanted surprise me and my partner and she send us a gift (some snacks ) she pay extra money to be sure it will come in time and fast Two weeks past and nothing one month and still nothing, by April we all forgot about this until she got the phone call from the poczta she have to come to the office and pick up undelivered item and she have to pay for it They told her that the package make to spain but no one was at home but we here never got any information we have a package to pick up. My mother wrote complain later and ask to give her money back for not delivery. They told her she have to show the prove from spain the package never make here so I went to the post office here and surprise surprise they don’t have anything abut this package so here it’s a story abut using poczta Polska this package never make to our home and got lost and stock for a month in Madrid and later on they send back to my mother My advice is never ever use this company
Tym razem kurier po prostu ukradł paczkę i zaznaczył w systemie, że niby ją odebrałem i podpisałem (wg trackingu) !!! Dostałem też email od pocztexu, że dziękują za odebranie przesyłki. Poszedłem do filii, żeby wyjaśnić sprawę, okazało się, że muszę rozmawiać z kierownikiem, a tego prawie nigdy nie ma w pracy! Na szczęście zamawiałem przez Amazon i uzyskałem zwrot, ale nie mógłbym polecić poczty polskiej, tym bardziej, że to już nie pierwszy problem jaki z nimi mam (np. nigdy nie dostarczają do domu, jak to powinni robić, tylko od razu do filii i kłamliwie zaznaczają, że nikogo nie zastali, chociaż zawsze ktoś w domu jest.-----This time around the courier simply stole my package and marked in the system that I supposedly collected and signed for it (according to the tracking) !!! I also received email from them, thanking me for collecting the package. I went to the branch to have the situation cleared, but apparently you need to talk to the branch manager who's almost never there! Luckily I had ordered through Amazon and received full refund, but I couldn't possibly recommend poczta polska, especially that it's not the first time they're giving me problems (for instance, they never deliver to home address, like they should, but straight to the branch and falsely claim nobody was home to collect, although that is almost never the case. To sum it up: avoid like the plague!
