Typical post comunist organisation,they even don not try to answer their unsatisfied customers on thi site like other companies do.Never trust them,my partner lost her ID in Agios Nikolaos so the only way to fly back to Poland was to obtain passport which she has at home.It was send in priority letter on 6.9.2020 10 am from Rybnik and it takes 3 days to reach Warsaw !!!!!!!!!Until today - 12.09.2022 - hellenic Post has no record that the letter came to Greece.If we will not get the passport tomorrow we have to wait for the delivery and buy new tickets,Poczta Polska may be sure that these extra expenses as well our stress will be paid by these .......................
