The chap I spoke to was called Jake.
He had read through the information that I had passed to his coleage and asked me to provide a little more info which I did. He then said he would look at it,all and come back to me which he did. He suggested that it may be some changes that had been made when my new smart meter was installed . He adjusted some settings to my PodPoint and asked me to carry out a charging period with other items running. The result was a success .
