For three years my pod point worked perfectly but for the last year + it has been very intermittent. Some days it charges some days it doesn't and the company are ill equipped to find a solution. The same advice provided over and over again, turn it off turn it on, they will close your case within 5 days to satisfy their internal customer service without resolution. If you have a choice, I would advise against.
