i would say that my experience with podbean was one i wasn't expecting to have at all. i'm working on a podcast as a personal/educational/passion project and was looking for platforms to post on. although i ended up going other routes, i still created a podbean account. however, trying to cancel it was a challenge due to reCAPTCHA and cookie site preferences but after a few emails back and forth with the tech team i was able to delete my account.
