Thinking that it was an App and I would never hear back I was very impressed at how quickly I got a reply and how helpful it was. It means a great deal, because I spend hours while driving ans working listening to PodBean. I also recommend to friends all the time.

After two hours of struggle, I contacted them to cancel and request a full refund, as stated on their website, but was told that refunds were not an option. I was advised to cancel before the next month to avoid further charges. This feels unethical, and I believe they should be scrutinized for potential fraud.

Excellent Service

I have been using the platform for several years because it's free and offers user-friendly features. The issues are few, and when they arise, customer service is very responsive. Occasionally, a podcast won't update to show new episodes, but when I reach out about this, the company resolves it quickly, often on the same day.

Leave Me Alone

I signed up, but the emails were annoying and irrelevant. It took a lot of time to unsubscribe, and after three failed attempts, I had to contact the support team to cancel my account and stop the emails. I can find other platforms for my podcast needs.
