Thinking that it was an App and I would never hear back I was very impressed at how quickly I got a reply and how helpful it was. It means a great deal, because I spend hours while driving ans working listening to PodBean. I also recommend to friends all the time.
As a newcomer to the platform, I've submitted several support tickets while exploring its features. I am genuinely amazed by the quick response time. Furthermore, the thoroughness and professionalism in the replies are outstanding! Kudos to the support team!

I was advised to cancel before the next month to avoid further charges. This feels unethical, and I believe they should be scrutinized for potential fraud.
