This is not a case of a downgraded account; it’s a fault in their system.Instead of investigating the actual bug, their team deflects responsibility, invents explanations, and ignores direct client feedback. This pattern — dismissing reports rather than fixing the root issue — shows a lack of technical understanding and accountability.
