I tried to cancel my trial on December 10th before it ended. Unfortunately, the cancellation process was unclear and not user-friendly, which caused my request to go unregistered. Consequently, I was charged $287.90 USD for an annual plan I never intended to buy. I reached out to customer support within two hours of the charge to sort this out. I explained that I did not want to renew and provided evidence of my earlier cancellation attempt. I want to stress that I haven't used the service at all since the charge, further proving my lack of intent to continue this subscription. Regrettably, the support team was of no assistance. Rather than addressing my issue or offering a reasonable solution, they relied on strict policies and automated replies, completely overlooking the specifics of my situation. As a consumer, I feel extremely let down. This is not how a company should treat its clientele. I have now had to initiate a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Pros: None. Cons: Unhelpful customer support, very inflexible billing policies. Please be very careful before sharing your credit card details with this service.
Once you overcome the initial learning curve, this is an excellent program for newcomers. I previously used both a similar platform and another audio service. I did encounter some difficulties with the export function and struggled to resolve them. However, the support team was incredibly helpful and responsive; it took about four days to address the problem, but their assistance was invaluable when I needed it most.

I was unsure if I had an active subscription, so I checked my account and confirmed that I had a basic free account. However, I was charged for an additional three months, and upon inquiry, I discovered an essentials subscription hidden in a separate workspace that I did not set up. I've raised this with the company, highlighting how misleading the user experience is, especially since my account has been inactive for those three months, yet they refuse to assist. There’s no justification for creating separate workspaces without notification and concealing your subscription status, making it difficult to cancel. I would strongly advise against using a company that employs such deceptive practices.
I’ve been using the platform for a while now, and I really appreciate how straightforward it is to record and edit my audio. The tools are intuitive, quick, and very beginner-friendly. It significantly simplifies my workflow and saves me a great deal of time. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the experience!

They were genuinely friendly. I highly recommend this service.
