Consequently, I was charged $287.90 USD for an annual plan I never intended to buy. I reached out to customer support within two hours of the charge to sort this out. I explained that I did not want to renew and provided evidence of my earlier cancellation attempt. I want to stress that I haven't used the service at all since the charge, further proving my lack of intent to continue this subscription. Regrettably, the support team was of no assistance. Rather than addressing my issue or offering a reasonable solution, they relied on strict policies and automated replies, completely overlooking the specifics of my situation. As a consumer, I feel extremely let down. This is not how a company should treat its clientele. I have now had to initiate a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Pros: None. Cons: Unhelpful customer support, very inflexible billing policies. Please be very careful before sharing your credit card details with this service.
