The product never worked as advertised. To reach the desired temp, you need to insulate it with blankets. A little frustrating. 3 months into the purchase and heater stops maintaining temperature. The sauna rapidly cools to 140 and will not heat up. The company says this is a safety mechanism for the electric components and will not replace the heater. Basically admitting the sauna pod does not work as advertised. They should be sued for false advertisement.
