I think the sauna is a fair product. The material is well made and robust as well as the frame. Compact and fits in a small room if needed. Has a little pocket inside for a water or towel and the lighting is a pretty nice feature. Why I gave this product a 3 instead of a 5 star is that the sauna pod will only get to about 178ish degrees with a blanket over it. I shouldn't have to throw a large heavy blanket over my sauna that advertises 185 degrees. Also if you have hard floors that are somewhat cold that will also be a problem because the bottom is not insulated. Also sauna hat was kinda nasty, dont want to get into that. Also the chair is itchy. What I would like to see change is a insulated floor, something to reach higher temps without a blanket, a insulted pocket for a phone and a drink, a wooden chair made on canadian hemlock (wood that is used in saunas) and a add on option for a redlight therapy light. Also something I would buy is a wooden plank that I can hang to spray essential oils on.

I waited a year to write this review over. I’m really happy with it. The chiller works great stays clean. The only issue I have is the T fittings are made out of plastic and they keep breaking initially it broke the second day I used it. I put no weight on it. No nothing it just cracked on its own water weight. The company was fast at sending me one but soon as I put it on, it broke within minutes.

I've had mine for over a year now. Currently have it outside (live in NJ) while having the coldest week that we have all seen in a while (1/28/26), and it's holding up like a champ. My fear was that it was going to freeze, but that has not been the case yet. Highly recommend it.

I was under the impression that I purchased the most recent version of your heater that is capable of heating over 160 degrees as advertised. When it arrived it failed to reach 135 degrees. I was told I was sent the old heater and I could get the newest shipped to me; however, I left the country for two months and could not confirm in time of the return period if the newest heater would reach your advertised temperature. I use a sauna every day and what you sent was a waste of my time and money. It's not reasonable that I had to pay the return shipping because you didn't ship the unit i paid for and you were trying to get rid of old inventory. It also took almost 2 months to refund my money

Water remains dirty and slippery; treatment solution ineffective

The water does not stay clean and feels very slimy and slippery. The treatment solution provided is not making any difference. My partner and I use it about 4 times a week. To clarify, the unit was purchased in December. We plan to add a UV light and an ozone generator, as it seems these are necessary for cleanliness. It would be beneficial to include these in your kits and adjust the pricing accordingly. It should be clearly communicated to users that these additions are essential for maintaining cleanliness until a water change is performed.

Sadly, my ice pod tore just a few days after reaching the 2-year mark, which was disappointing. However, the experience with the customer service team completely shifted my perspective on the company. I contacted them, and the representative was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional. She provided me with a discount code as a resolution, which I truly appreciated. While products may not always last indefinitely, outstanding customer service makes a significant impact—and the representative truly excelled. Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter. I enjoy cold plunging and am grateful that this resolution allowed me to continue with the service.
