Podimo has been withdrawing money from my bank account for months, even though I have had no active subscription since 2023. I have sent them clear evidence: bank statements, my Apple ID subscription overview (where Podimo does not appear, active or inactive), and my contact details.Instead of solving the issue, Podimo keeps asking for unnecessary and privacy-sensitive data (Apple ID aliases, hidden emails, and virtual Apple Pay card numbers). This goes far beyond what is reasonable under the GDPR. I am not obliged to hand over my full Apple account details just because Podimo cannot trace their own administration.Legally, these withdrawals qualify as unjustified charges. The burden of proof lies with Podimo, not with me. Yet after multiple emails, they still have not refunded the money. This is a serious warning: if Podimo cannot guarantee transparent billing and proper customer service, users are at risk of unauthorized charges without any easy way to stop them or get their money back.
