I arranged my delivery well in advance and took time off work to be present. However, on the delivery day, my time slot was changed from 2:30–5:30 PM to 3:00–6:00 PM. I waited all day, only to receive an email 30 minutes before the end of the window stating that my delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for Monday. There was no phone call or prior warning.
The customer service was frustrating. The chatbot was of no help, and when I finally spoke to someone, I was informed that the driver 'ran out of time' and that I would receive a call, which never came. When I mentioned cancelling and going with another service, they suddenly offered to waive the cancellation fee due to their mistake.
This experience wasted my entire day and showed a complete disregard for my time. I will not use or recommend this service again.
