I placed my order on 10/27/25 for 8 of the "crystal glass Wildlife Wonders collection & also paid shipping insurance for a total order $89.94. I had no success in tracking my order and when it was received USPS on 11/19 the "ornaments" were NOT what was ordered or what was represented in their website. I sent emails to their "service" email twice and have not received any response. I DID NOT search for reviews prior to ordering and now am out the money for such low quality items received. WHAT A SCAM and am making an effort to recoup my losses. The package shipped from "MURRAY 7398 Clairemont Mesa Blvd San Diego CA 82111 in a package that had been shipped to them "Made in China". LESSON BUYER BE WARE
