I purchased some ornaments and when I raised my concerns, they offered me a 20% refund. I managed to negotiate a 75% refund but ended up keeping the cheap ornaments. This service needs to be shut down; it's outrageous how they exploit customers. Avoid at all costs!
Terrible experience. Avoid this service. I paid $35 for a patriotic hat, and it arrived looking like it had been run over by trucks. It was crammed into a tiny bag, wrinkled, and just plain unattractive. I have contacted the support team via email three times with no response.
I ordered two men's shirts and eventually received two items that barely resembled what I expected. When I tried to return them, they responded with an email to 'negotiate' a small refund. When I attempted to reply, my email was blocked as spam. How convenient for them! What a foolish mistake on my part.
I received a robot puppy today and I'm extremely disappointed. The advertisement claimed it would sleep, sit, and react to touch, but all it does is bark and run! It was advertised as being like a real dog, which it is not at all. This is a complete misrepresentation, and I wouldn't let a child play with this toy. Very dishonest business practices!
Complete scam. Zero stars. Like several others, I was misled into purchasing what I thought were glass globe ornaments with bird figurines, but received cheap flat resin discs instead. Their refund policy is a joke, stating no refunds on sale items. Do not order from this site; I wasted $75.
