I ordered the glass ball ornaments which clearly states on each one that they are Crystal Glass Ornament. Even, looking at the pictures on the ad you could see the shadow reflecting a round ball. What I received were round resin disks with a picture on it. There picture is blurred on the back side.I should have canceled when I ordered as they asked for a tip for the packer. I clicked no and suddenly my screen moved sideways for about three seconds and then came back into view. Later on, I received a security alert from my credit card company that someone had tried to use it. I believed the employee receiving the order tried to submit the tip even though I had clicked No! I had to close that credit card and get issued a new one with a different number. I have since sent an email which upon seeing the reviews will fall on deaf ears.
