Unfortunately, this was a poor experience overall. The boat was extremely shaky during the crossing, which made the journey very uncomfortable. What made it worse was that there were no seasickness tablets available on board, which I would have expected on a ferry service.
We had booked a premium room, but it was located towards the end of the boat, where the movement felt even stronger, so it did not help with the shakiness at all.
The coach from Amsterdam was also far too full, making the start of the trip uncomfortable before we had even boarded. The food was acceptable, but breakfast was scheduled too close to the arrival and departure time, which made the whole process feel rushed.
Overall, the trip did not meet expectations and could be improved significantly in terms of passenger comfort and journey planning.
