After over 2 years I am still waiting for settlement of my VW claim, despite repeatedly supplying the same information over and over again. Instead of progressing the claim, I continue to receive excessive emails requesting duplicate details that have already been provided.Other claims management companies appear fully capable of obtaining the required information efficiently and without this constant back-and-forth.
