Following a negative review from myself on Trustpilot, I received an email from Pogust Goodhead within 48hrs...great I thought....however, they have my claims all mixed up and even cancelled one despite me telling them in 2023 that the cancellation was an error on their part?!!Really disappointed with this firm , they clearly do not know what they are doing...I am yet to have a reply from them for my email of 12th Novenmber....shocking Customer Service...
