Checked in at a location in Kings Cross on 25 Nov 2025 with a fully paid three-night reservation. I had to check out on 26 Nov 2025 due to a family issue, but they denied my request for a refund for the two unused nights. Also, be cautious when using the shower in room 116, as the mold may be harmful to health.
