If you've ever wanted to experience the charm of an overcrowded shared house combined with the chaos of a youth hostel, this hotel is perfect for you. The walls are so thin that you can hear every late-night activity of other guests. Sleep? Not a chance. As for breakfast, for £13, you get a buffet that redefines the meaning of basic—think sad pastries and uninspiring cereal. If you're seeking comfort or value, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Two stars only because I can't give zero.
I checked out this morning for work and realized I left some rings in the bathroom. I called the hotel to ask if they could save them for me, but they claimed they weren’t there. After reading other reviews, it seems this chain has issues. My rings have sentimental value, and I requested management's contact details but have been ignored. Do not stay at these hotels.
I stayed in London on the 23rd of September and accidentally left an item behind. I checked out on the 24th and contacted them that evening to arrange to pick it up the next day, only to be told it’s not there and has gone missing. I was very disappointed, as it was practically new.
I stayed at a location in Shoreditch on 27th May. We were placed on a floor with contractors working, and it was noisy upon arrival. They returned at 6:45 a.m., causing even more noise! I complained and sent two messages but received no response.
The customer service is virtually non-existent, and the staff lack basic common sense. I specifically requested an invoice before checking in, but was told it would be given at checkout. Upon checking out, they directed me to email them, only to inform me later that they couldn't provide an invoice because I booked through a third party. The rooms were also dirty and in terrible condition. Avoid this place!
