Checked in at a location in Kings Cross on 25 Nov 2025 with a fully paid three-night reservation. Unfortunately, I had to leave on 26 Nov 2025 due to a family issue, but they refused to refund me for the two unused nights. Additionally, I recommend being cautious when using the shower in room 116, as the mold present could pose health risks.
