We have been long time customers to this site, and by we, I mean my whole household. This is a big pokemon household and we have purchased numerous Wand company pokeballs (nearly half of the ones available already purchased and in our display cabinets we buy many plushies and figurines and a vast collection of Pins as well. But all the money we spent and suddenly we are being blocked by their site saying it thinks we are a bot. They tell us the same as everyone else who are experiencing this that we need to turn off VPNs clear cookies etc etc... The thing is we dont use VPNs, we did everything they said to do and it still blocks us. This is due to their anti-Scalper/Bot detection, its WAY WAYYY too strong and its blocking real customers. When I went to live chat for help they were unable to do anything for us. We would share the chat log from them but we are unable to copy/paste the chat log here. They lost a big spending household because they are taking the anti scalper detection too far. We support them in being anti scalper, we are legit users though and we too are being blocked. They need better coding and maybe, NOT let their AI try to determine whos a scalp bot and who isnt, because obviously the lack of human coding is showing pretty strong, any amount of checks can show we are not a scalping household, we buy ONE of each thing we want not mulitples, and we dont go overboard, when we shop on the site its normally for wand company balls, Pins and plushies sometimes clothing items too, but we dont even buy the things most scalpers want (cards) we just want our memorabilia for our own homes. Losing customers is NOT good for them... They really should rethink how they program their site...
