This service is a disaster. I placed an order immediately after an item was released and made my payment, which was confirmed along with a delivery estimate. However, nothing arrived. When I reached out, it took forever for them to respond, only to confirm the issue was on their end. They just canceled my order. I contacted customer support, but all I received was a generic response with no effort to fix their mistake. It's an absolute shambles.
