The quality of the products is fine, but the policies and customer support are severely lacking. If, like me, you submit an order with an incorrect autofilled address, you're out of luck. Their policy is to not assist with cancellations or address changes. You have to wait for the order to arrive and then return it, which is problematic if it’s going to the wrong address and their tracking link doesn’t work. They respond slowly and lack understanding of the issue. After over a week trying to resolve it, I found out the order was delivered to the wrong place, and my ticket was closed with no further options available. Plus, you can't leave a review unless invited, and that link seems broken too. This seems to be a long-standing issue, so proceed with caution if you decide to purchase from them.
Edit: I'm even more frustrated now. They make products scarce and mix inferior items to sell off their low-quality merchandise. They make it difficult to purchase promotional items, ensuring they profit from scarcity. I urge everyone to stop buying anything from them; it's truly disappointing. I've lost interest in the hobby, and I hope others will join me in moving on to better options.
