I've waited in the virtual queue multiple times only to encounter errors when it’s finally my turn. Whether it glitches and sends me to the back of the line or the product doesn’t show up as available, it's incredibly frustrating. Today, I logged on right as the drop occurred, waited patiently, and when I clicked to preorder, I got stuck in a loop that sent me back to the beginning. Their customer service is also terrible; I rarely receive a response. After spending a lot on their products, I feel let down by their system, which seems to favor resellers. I’m considering leaving this hobby behind due to their poor management.
