Sent them return, got email they got my parcel and in up to 2 weeks i ll be refunded, 15 days and still nothing and on support they just create ticket for some team to solve it and no one reached for couple days now, they just dont care, not willing to help while on chat, clear scam, contacted my bank already to sort this as they are useless
