I ordered an anniversary gift on their website on June 23, and it was shipped out on June 28, so I was hopeful it would arrive. It was supposed to arrive by July 10, but the last update I received on July 7 showed that my package was in Paris. As of today, July 25, it still shows it's in Paris. I contacted customer service on July 16 about my concerns, and they promised to send a new card while tracking the order. However, I never received a confirmation or a new tracking link, and I'm still without a product. The anniversary has come and gone, and I had gotten my partner excited for this surprise. It's disappointing that after 4.5 weeks, I still haven't received my order, and customer service didn't follow through on their promises.
