Ordered their Story of Us Binder. Ordered well in advance before their “guaranteed Christmas delivery” before Thanksgiving even and thankfully I did because it didn’t arrive until Christmas Eve. Before it arrived I got my digital copies I had paid extra for to find that they made a mistake on 2 of the cards. I contacted them and was told it was just the wrong digital link sent and they would send a new one. It wasn’t as the physical cards were also incorrect. I gave up after over a month of them pushing me off saying they would send me the new link which never came nor did fixed versions of the physical cards. I loved the cards we got regardless but the terrible customer service and lack of care to fix their mistake and just act like they would is why they don’t deserve a higher rating.

The worst company i have dealt with. I still dont believe they are actually a company. All correspondence has the feel of a bunch of scammers taking hard working, honest peoples money. Communication is poor. For context i ordered back in November under the assumption that my order would be with me by Christmas. It is now the 4th of February and i am yet to receive the product or a full refund. The entire process has been frustrating and i feel for all the other people this has happened to. The "company" even responded to one of my emails with an email trail full of at least 10 other people experiencing the same problem. Please do not buy from them. It is not worth your time or money which you will not get back!

Disappointing experience with the service.

I had a frustrating experience. I made a mistake in my customization and reached out immediately to correct it before the card was printed. I communicated with a representative several times via email. Despite paying an additional fee to rectify my error, I received the wrong order. While the extra cost wasn't significant, the hassle I endured was not worth it. Their customer support is also lacking, as they take several days to respond. I recommend avoiding this service and looking elsewhere for custom cards.

Promised Digital Copies Never Arrived

I placed my order in early November with the expectation of receiving digital copies within a few days. A month has passed, and I've received no communication from the support team despite multiple attempts to reach out. I still haven't received the digital copies. This feels like a complete scam.

I recently encountered a situation where my purchase was marked as delivered but I hadn't received it. The customer service was incredibly understanding and supportive. They patiently helped me find a solution, and I am truly grateful for their willingness to replace the item without hesitation.

Did not receive correct item

I did not receive the item as advertised on their website. I reached out three times to try to resolve the issue so that the card would be printed correctly, but I've given up.

Still waiting for my order

I ordered an anniversary gift on their website on June 23, and it was shipped out on June 28, so I was hopeful it would arrive. It was supposed to arrive by July 10, but the last update I received on July 7 showed that my package was in Paris. As of today, July 25, it still shows it's in Paris. I contacted customer service on July 16 about my concerns, and they promised to send a new card while tracking the order. However, I never received a confirmation or a new tracking link, and I'm still without a product. The anniversary has come and gone, and I had gotten my partner excited for this surprise. It's disappointing that after 4.5 weeks, I still haven't received my order, and customer service didn't follow through on their promises.

Money-oriented company

This company seems solely focused on taking your money without regard for customer service or the impact on special occasions. I ordered a personalized card for my autistic son three weeks before his birthday. Their site claimed they would send artwork for approval, but they didn't. After I noticed an error in the year, I contacted them, and they said it would be corrected, but it wasn't. Despite numerous emails promising an amended card, the original arrived four days after my son's birthday. Shipping from China took much longer than the 7 days they advertised. In summary: *Customer service is inadequate* *They mislead customers* *Items ship from China* *They take no responsibility for their mistakes* *No refunds*

Fraudulent company

They sent the product I ordered twice, but it never arrived. It's been nearly two months of waiting. They aren't responding to my emails or issuing a refund. Don’t waste your money with them.
