I ordered a personalized card for my autistic son three weeks before his birthday. Their site claimed they would send artwork for approval, but they didn't. After I noticed an error in the year, I contacted them, and they said it would be corrected, but it wasn't. Despite numerous emails promising an amended card, the original arrived four days after my son's birthday. Shipping from China took much longer than the 7 days they advertised.
