Placed an order on December 8th, 2022 with guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is now January 9th, 2023 and I have not received my order. It has been a constant battle to get a response from customer service, they have ignored my requests for a refund, not offered a discount or at least my shipping cost refunded for their delay on delivery, yet they continued to advertise "Christmas delivery guaranteed" while multiple complaints poured in on their social media sites for delayed orders. I've filed a complaint with the Bureau of Better Business and am now working to dispute the charge on my card. Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. Look up reviews on Reddit and their comments on thier social media sites (if they haven't deleted them by now).
