When I tried to withdraw my money, they asked for KYC again and I've been in an account verification loop since. I've submitted my document many times over on the website, over email and through their 3rd party KYC partner but my account is still not verified. Impossible to speak with an actual person when reached out to customer support and all the emails they send you are generic and usually don't apply to your situation!
