I created a PokerStars account and immediately ran into technical issues. The confirmation code they sent to my email didn’t work. After multiple failed attempts and a lot of frustration, I finally managed to confirm the account.Once inside, I played some live blackjack and actually had a good experience — everything ran smoothly and I made a small profit. I then requested a withdrawal. That’s when the real problem started.Shortly after requesting the withdrawal, PokerStars closed my account without giving me any explanation. I didn’t receive any email telling me why, and they refused to pay out my money. I’ve reached out to their support, only to get vague, copy-paste responses referring to “internal risk assessments” and claiming they don’t have to tell me anything. They keep hiding behind their Terms of Service and won’t even confirm whether my withdrawal was processed. I will now be forced to take legal action and report them to the Malta Gaming Authority and European Consumer Centre to get my money back.Do NOT trust this platform. If you win, they might just close your account and keep your money. Stay away.
