EDIT: THEY DIDNT RESPOND WITH ANYTHING!!! The post they replied with to me is a lie they didn’t look into anything and simply Ignored me once again by telling me “we don’t allow that”. Save your money and get rid of your Flutter Entertainment stock. There are plenty of better alternatives out there now. Just despicable…

Just atrocious customer service. After telling them I got cheated out of 200k from an AI bot farm they called me a liar and then When I sent them undeniable VIDEO proof that people are using AI bot Farms on PokerStars, They simply replied with “we don’t allow that” and still didnt return the 200,000 of PRETEND money. This was after years of buying chip packages every now and then too. They thought I was trying to scam them for $.40 worth of chips after I’ve spent at least FIVE HUNDRED TIMES (500x) more than that on chip packages. Also, it’s kind of strange that all of the lower tier customer service representatives have exotic names yet the higher up ones always have westernized names… It’s just rude to put people of Indian descent at the bottom (this is after talking to at least 20 different tier one support agents and 6 tier 2 agents). So after almost a month of trying to get in contact with someone who would listen they simply Fell back on the old “We need to know the exact time, date, location, hand, tournament number and username.” DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN PLAY THEIR OWN SITE!? In what universe would someone ever remember all of that stuff playing thousands of hands in the meantime….just embarrassing. Folks, there’s a reason their pro team left and they have nobody and celebrity status playing anymore. I used to think online poker was dying. Turns out it was just bottlenecked by PokerStars.
