PokerStars UK closed my account without any clear reason right after I won and refused to return my winnings. A friend had the same experience — his account was closed and his winnings withheld due to an unknown “duplicate account.” Customer support is unhelpful, unresponsive, and offers no transparency. I cannot recommend PokerStars UK for real money play.
