I purchased three tickets through this service via a booking platform. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had to cancel within 24 hours. They refused to refund my money and wouldn’t allow me to rebook my seats. I was pressured into accepting a £200 refund per ticket, even though they cost me £700 each. I was told that if I didn’t cancel immediately and accept their refund, I wouldn’t get anything back. My elderly parents, who cannot afford this loss, were affected by a cancelled event. I requested to escalate my complaint but received only robotic replies. There was no compassion shown, and I still have not seen any refund. Very disappointing service and unhelpful staff who seem indifferent. It feels like I’ve lost £2,000 for a service I didn’t even use.
