I purchased a brand new sports watch that lasted 3.5 years and performed well initially. However, the lower left button stopped working without any impacts. The company dismissed my concerns, stating it was out of warranty and non-repairable. For a sports watch, such a failure is unacceptable; it doesn't serve its purpose. I suspect this issue exists in their other products as well. In my experience, the company does not stand behind its products and shows little care for customers. I cannot recommend this brand—purchase at your own risk!
