I bought the Polar H9 heart rate monitor. Firstly, the device refused to connect to the Polar Flow app. I managed to get it to connect to the Polar Beat app and even got to use it once. After an Android update, the device stopped functioning correctly. It now shows 0 BPM. The Polar Beat app does not want to update the device's firmware automatically, and there is no manual option. The Polar Flow has the option to update the device, but it won't connect to it. I regret buying from this company and will never buy anything from them ever again.
