I purchased the H10 Heart rate monitor on Jan 10, 2023. It works well for all activities but stops recording as soon as I get in the water. I got it specifically for swimming. I contacted Polar support and they stated, "swimming on Polar Flow app should be selected & remain out of Bluetooth range of the H10. After my swim the H10 will upload to the app." This is not workable for me, never tried it, as I need my cell near pool for real-time observation. Polar had suggested I send H10 in for repair. Subsequent reviews I have read confirm my experience. I am surprised that Polar states the H10 works for swimming, when it clearly does not work under water. Polar refunded my full purchase price after I opened a dispute with PayPal. Polar was easy to communicate with and the H10 & the Polar App were great, except not for swimming...
