I bought a sports watch that was new and worked well for 3.5 years. However, the lower left button suddenly stopped functioning. I took good care of it, and it had no impacts. The company dismissed my concerns, stating it was out of warranty and unrepairable. For a sports watch, such a failure is unacceptable; it simply isn't fit for its intended purpose. I believe this issue persists across their products. Based on my experience, the company does not support its products and shows little regard for customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend this brand—proceed with caution!
