I ordered the Pro tub with the chiller, initially the order was delayed so they upgraded my chiller to the V8. When my system arrived I had an issue with the initial setup and the Polar Dive USA staff exchanged many emails with me attempting to rectify the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they had a new chiller to me within days! The plunge now operates perfectly! I have truly never worked with a company who’s staff has been as professional and attentive as Polar Dive USA. I would very highly recommend PolarDiveUSA! My experience/dealings with them has been perfect.
