We recently purchased The Polar Dive with the Pro Chiller, and we couldn’t be happier with it.
The setup was incredibly simple, and the portability makes it easy to use just about anywhere.
My fiancé is a runner, and I’m gradually getting back into running/working out after surgery. This has been such a helpful tool for recovery. Cold plunging has so many physical and mental health benefits, and we’ve made it part of our regular routine.
After just two weeks of consistent use, we’re already noticing a difference. It’s been a great investment in our health and recovery, and we highly recommend it.
Great product, great price point, great customer service, and technical support. During my initial setup, I was confused as to how I attach the optional “double filtration kit." At 8pm PST, Polar Dive support answered my questions in near real time, and I was up and running by 9pm. I have been "cold plunging" for 2 days now at a cool 52 degrees and I love it. I highly recommend the cold plunge and Polar Dive brand.
I have a chiller connected to my stock tank cold plunge, and I couldn't be happier with it. Recently, I encountered an issue with air in the line that required me to change the plumbing. I was puzzled about a circulation problem and reached out for assistance. I had previously contacted them with a question, and they were always exceptionally responsive! A representative helped me identify the issue and sent me a replacement part at no cost to ensure I could get it working again. The customer service from the entire team I've interacted with is outstanding.
We ordered the Polar Dive for my son who is a college athlete. The Polar Dive was delayed, through no fault of the company (tariffs and supply chain issues everyone is dealing with), but they were in constant contact with us and even upgraded our purchases for the inconvenience. Anytime I asked for an update or had a question I received an IMMEDIATE response and I mean within minutes not days. I highly recommend this company!!
I recently purchased the Polar Dive Pro tub and water chiller from Polar Dive USA. The product was received in only a couple of days and was such an easy process to get the tub up and running. The water was at the set level within 12 hours! I reached out to the company regarding a question on the proper method to remove and clean the micron filter.....within minutes of my email, I had a response from John at Polar Dive! The research convinced me that taking the plunge was worth a try. Game changer. Hooked from the very first time Mainly due to the experience. The unit itself is fantastic (Polar Max). Set up is amazingly fast, and the components are well constructed. I did a Lot of research before ultimately settling on Polar Dive, and I am 100% convinced that it was the right choice. I ordered the Pro tub with the chiller, initially the order was delayed so they upgraded my chiller to the V8. When my system arrived I had an issue with the initial setup and the Polar Dive USA staff exchanged many emails with me attempting to rectify the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they had a new chiller to me within days! The plunge now operates perfectly! I have truly never worked with a company who’s staff has been as professional and attentive as Polar Dive USA. I would very highly recommend PolarDiveUSA! My experience/dealings with them has been perfect.
I’ve had my chiller for about a year and used it daily, amazing overall. The pump went out (after literally a year of constant use and moving across the world) and they responded within an hour and sent me a new one free of charge! I could not recommend an ice bath chiller better than this one for the price. If you are on the fence about it, do it!
