Misleading delivery dates. I placed an order selecting tracked 48 hours delivery. That was a week ago. Even accounting for the weekend, that waiting time is misleading. So far not even a tracking link. This is a sub par service for a company charging a premium for their items. I tried contacting customer service and mid way through typing the message I was cut off with a message saying there are too many customers trying to get in touch atm... on chat.
