I ordered three items from the outlet section of their website, but only one was delivered. When I checked the delivery email, I noticed that the other two items had been removed from my order without any explanation.I immediately went back to the website to see if they were out of stock, but both items were still available. I had justified the delivery cost in my mind based on receiving three items, so ending up with just one item—almost equal in value to the delivery fee—was disappointing.I contacted customer service through their online form three days ago and have yet to receive a response. Overall, not a great experience.
