Ordered items in the childrens sale on December 16th. Did not recieve a working link to track my order from the company, they eventually provided this after I requested it three times. The tracking number they provided then showed no updates from the 13th of January onwards. When contacting the Merchant they provided a picture of delivery, provided to them from GLS, that displayed the package left outside on the ground beside a gate. I don't blame the Merchant for the delivery location, but they have provided no solution to the fact that I have not recieved my order and I've had to do a chargeback.
