Extremely disappointing customer service. I paid extra for next day delivery, which turned out to be merely next day dispatch to the delivery company. I expected the pole to arrive the next day, but it came four days later! They seem to mislead customers into paying more through unclear advertising. When I reached out, they claimed they couldn't issue a refund until the pole was delivered, and they still wouldn't refund the extra delivery fees I paid. Very frustrating experience.
