An easy and efficient shopping experience. The website offered a wide selection with very reasonable prices, and I appreciated being able to have the pole customized to my desired length (which was my main motivation for replacing my old pole). I also opted for expedited shipping, which was delivered as promised. My only minor concern was with the delivery itself—I was home but didn't hear the doorbell or a knock, so it was left with a neighbor. However, I was notified about this, so everything turned out well.
Extremely disappointing service. I paid extra for next day delivery, but it ended up being just next day dispatch to the delivery company. I expected the item to arrive the next day, but it took 4 days! They seem to mislead customers into paying extra with vague advertising. When I reached out for help, they told me a refund was not possible until the item was delivered, and they refused to refund the additional delivery fees I paid. Very frustrated.

The website is efficient and easy to navigate, with all items received matching their descriptions. Quick dispatch, although the courier failed to deliver as scheduled for two consecutive days until I called them directly to complain! The service was very good, though, thank you.
