Over the past year, I purchased three pairs of spectacles but will not buy again. They are marketed as scratch-resistant, yet each pair has suffered lens damage in a relatively short time. The company does not honor EU standard guarantees, claiming damage is due to normal wear and tear. I bought another pair from a recognized lens manufacturer earlier this year, and they remain flawless. All spectacles were used similarly. It’s a matter of price versus quality; while the company offers competitive prices, the quality is clearly lacking, and their refusal to honor guarantee claims has left me frustrated and no longer a customer.
